All renters will have access to the community pool and fitness center. The golf course is open to the public with varying rates from $50-$150 depending upon season and time of day. Guests are required to pay a $2500 security deposit, $250 cleaning fee, and given $300/mo allowance for gas and electricity combined. The private swimming pool may be heated at an additional cost.
